Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases made through this online store, operated by Celina Khoury Art, an artist based in Amman, Jordan. By placing an order you agree to them.

One-of-a-kind artworks

Each painting is an original and exists as a single piece. Availability is shown on the product page and is confirmed when your order is accepted. In the rare case that two buyers order the same piece at the same moment, we will contact you promptly and refund the order that could not be fulfilled in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Jordanian Dinar (JOD). Payment is made by CliQ when your painting is delivered, as instructed after you place your order. Delivery is available within Jordan only, as described in our Shipping Policy.

Colour and appearance

We photograph every painting with care, but colours, texture and scale may look different on your screen compared with the original work.

Copyright

The artist retains full copyright and reproduction rights to every artwork. Purchasing a painting transfers ownership of the physical piece only. You may not reproduce, print, sell or license the image of an artwork without written permission from the artist.

Certificate of authenticity

Every original painting is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, which is emailed to the address used at checkout once your order has been confirmed.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund and Returns Policy, which form part of these terms.

Commissions

Commissioned works are agreed individually by email, including price, size, timeline and deposit. A commission begins once the agreed deposit has been received.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays or damage caused by couriers or events beyond our control, although we will help you file any insurance claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of Amman.
