Refund and Returns Policy

Every painting is original and made by hand. We want you to love the piece you bring home, so please read the terms below.

Returns

You may return an undamaged painting in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Please contact us at celinakhoury0011@gmail.com before sending anything back so we can confirm the return and give you the address.

Return shipping

The buyer pays return shipping unless the painting arrived damaged or was not the piece ordered. We recommend an insured, tracked service, as returns are the buyer's responsibility until they reach us.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your painting arrives damaged or is not the piece you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the painting and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement where possible or a full refund, including shipping.

Refunds

Because payment is made by CliQ on delivery, an approved refund is sent back to you by CliQ within 10 business days of us receiving the returned painting in its original condition.

Colour variation

Screens display colour differently, and original paintings carry brush texture that photographs cannot fully capture. Slight variation from the photographs is not a reason for return outside the 14-day window.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it has shipped for a full refund. Once a painting has been dispatched, the returns terms above apply.

Commissions

Commissioned pieces are made specifically for you and are non-returnable once work has begun. If you are unhappy with a commission at the sketch stage, please tell us and we will adjust it with you.
